Zine (Samuel of Noblewood)

This zine was part of a 'Chance and Choice' project in which I used the setting, story and colour palette generated by AI as a basis for this fun and wholesome, digitally drawn comic.

This comic is an exploration of my fictional village of altruism: Noblewood, following the adventure of its beacon of hope: Samuel Goldhardt! While AI played a big role in the inception of this comic, rest assured that 100% of the visual elements were all personally drawn and arranged by yours truly! All of the lineart, colouring, shading and paneling was done myself on Photoshop and InDesign after first doing the storyboarding, character designs and rough sketches on paper. This process was kickstarted with inspiration provided by images generated on the AI program 'Adobe Firefly' and a short story written by ChatGPT.

The zine below was an earlier project that highlights the methods of disposing of trash: ocean dumping and incineration.

In this zine, I created two characters: Uro and Tuber, the 'gods' of ocean dumping and incineration to have an exciting fight scene between the two, showcasing positives and negatives to both sides. In regards to techniques, I used pens and markers to draw the art before adding half-tones, text and green overlay.
