This publication design piece is a presentation of an article written by James Cartwright entitled: 'Should Designers Take Responsibility for the Ethics of Their Clients?'

An earnest dive into the complex world of ethics regarding designers and their clients, I designed this publication to appear formal but not excessively so. The physical design folds in much the way a pamphlet does but unlike a pamphlet, this article lacks images and colour. The long text simply accompanied only by more text compels its audience to take the article seriously and read it as intended. However, to cater to less interested audiences, there are large but short pull quotes present on the back of the publication as well as boldened portions of the main body copy, narrowing down the necessary information to understand the article. While this piece is not my most flashy work, knowing when to and when not to extract the extent of your creativity is an important skill in this field.
